Shipping & Returns
All orders undergo a rigorous Fraud-Risk analysis and are, therefore, subject to verification prior to fulfillment and shipping. By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including sales tax. If your order is refused upon delivery and returned, no refund will be processed.
DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING
Processing and Delivery
Please allow 1-3 days processing time after placing your order. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are fulfilled on Monday. Black Tie Company LLC does not ship on Saturday and Sunday. All orders are shipped on a Flat-Rate basis.
Orders may be subject to cancellation if:
The billing address is listed incorrectly,
The cardholder’s name is different from that of the person placing the order,
The billing and shipping address and addressee are different,
The PayPal account used to place the order is unconfirmed.
Orders will be cancelled if:
They are placed using a high-risk Internet connection (web proxy),
The shipping address is a PO Box.
The card and/or device used to place the order has a record of fraudulent activity.
In the event that an order requires further verification, we will reach out to you via email or phone. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days of our attempted contact, the order will be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
Domestic Returns & Exchanges
For all returns and exchanges, please email email@example.com. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Send in your item(s) using the prepaid shipping label provided to you. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Due to limited availability, the simplest and fastest way to exchange an item is to order your new item through blacktie-cbd.com.
Returns are only refunded in the form of store credit.
